Compensation: £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

The Role
As a Training Solutions Architect, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll play a pivotal part in developing world class training solutions for the defence and resilience industry.

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for the development of training system design prototypes and proof of concept platforms.

  • Create technical specifications such as system and user development requirements
  • Provide thought leadership and subject-matter expertise on training systems and platforms.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally
  • Maintain currency in new platform and training system development

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.

Essential experience of the Training Solutions Architect

  • Experience of designing and developing systems training (such as vehicles, airframes, weapon systems etc)
  • Broad understanding of how technology can enhance training
  • Experience of project managing training development programmes
  • Understanding of the environment which our customers conduct operations (defence)
  • Understanding of systems approach to training (SAT) is desirable

Qualifications for the Training Solutions Architect

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
