We’re now looking for a Training Scheduler & Administrator who can take ownership of our Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) and associated training programs across the entire business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating training sessions for employees on relevant courses including refreshers and new starters.

  • Managing training calendars and ensuring the timely execution of training programs.

  • Booking and securing training rooms or suitable locations to support the training.

  • Monitoring employee training progress and maintaining training records.

  • Generating reports to track training effectiveness and compliance, while supporting with general administration for the wider SHE team.

Requirements for the role:

  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

  • Competent user of Microsoft programmes and Safety management software.

  • Has worked within a training / administration environment (MHE equipment desirable)

  • Attention to detail, accuracy in managing training records and schedules.
