An outstanding individual is sought to fulfil the role of Training Programme Director for Professional Support and Wellbeing Service (PSWS) for KSS.
This is a 3 PA Training Programme Director vacancy.
The role of Training Programme Director PSWS - Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS)is to work with and support the PSWS Associate Dean and Regional PSWS Business Manager in supporting and delivering professional support and wellbeing services to resident doctors in training across the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex region.
The Training Programme Director (TPD)is professionally and managerially accountable to the Associate Dean PSWS. The TPD role will be primarily focused on managing, supporting and developing the team of Case Managers in their roles supporting individual resident doctors in training. The role is evolving as the KSS Deanery operations are transferred out from the London Health Education Team (HET), foundation, GP and public health are already being supported by the SE PSWS team, with the remaining schools to transfer in the future. The role will also focus on new Workforce, Training and Education workstreams across the South-East region that relate to PSWS.
