Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies are seeking an experienced Training Operations Manager for Whitman Laboratories, a manufacturing site delivering prestige beauty products to a global market.

You will shape and execute the training and capability strategy, ensuring safe, compliant and effective learning across operations. Lead a team of trainers, coordinate development programmes and drive continuous improvement in training impact and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Training, Learning & Development or Operational Excellence.
• Minimum 3 years leading training teams and SMEs.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, Health & Safety, Quality systems.
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS preferred.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's training and capability strategy to meet operational objectives.
• Develop competency frameworks, learning pathways and development programmes.
• Identify current and future skills needs and align training plans with business needs.
• Coach and develop Training Coordinators, Coaches, Supervisors and trainers.
• Ensure GMP, HSE and quality compliance for training systems and records; manage audits.
