Our state-of-the-art facility in Teesside is well under construction, and we're actively seeking a Training Officer to join our team. This role is on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Working alongside our Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating a technical training program, developing training materials, establishing training schedules, and leading training sessions and workshops.

Ideally, you will be an experienced trainer, preferably within the manufacturing industry, proficient in delivering classroom-based, hands-on, and digital training. Strong communication skills and previous experience in stakeholder management are crucial for excelling in this role.

In return, we can offer an attractive base salary, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 5% employer pension contribution and Medicash.
