We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Training Officer to join our training team in Willand, Devon.

  • This post is working Days
  • The hours of work and shift patterns available are: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • The rate of pay is: £13.76 ph
Main Responsibilities:

As a Training Officer in our training department, your key responsibilities will be:

  • To conduct all aspects of MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) training, including new skills and refreshers.
  • To conduct our induction programme, along with refresher training.
  • To be accountable for the training matrix and relevant training files for audit purposes.
  • To be the first point of contact for external engineers' MHE inspections.
  • To maintain accurate training records through matrix management and maintain certification documentation.
Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • A desirable qualification of an MHE Trainer
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Previous experience of driving a forklift would be preferable.
