Main Responsibilities:

As a Training Officer in our training department your key responsibilities will be:

• To conduct all aspects of MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) training new skills and refreshers.
• To conduct our induction programme, along with refresher training.
• To be accountable for the training matrix and relevant training files for audit purposes.
• To be the first point of contact for external engineers MHE inspections.
• To maintain accurate training records through matrix management and maintain certification documentation.

Ideal Candidate:

As our ideal candidates you'll demonstrate that you have:

• Desirable qualification of an MHE Trainer
• Good communication and presentation skills

Previous experience of driving a forklift would be preferable.
