Job Description
Training Delivery & Development
- Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for in-store teams across Space NK, Harrods, and Selfridges.
- Develop tailored training plans and calendars aligned with retail partner needs and seasonal focuses.
- Deliver onboarding and refresher training covering brand history, product knowledge, facial protocols, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Support new product launches with impactful, sales-driven education.
Retail Partnership Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, area managers, and retail education teams.
- Act as the key liaison between the brand and retail partners to address training needs, gather feedback, and monitor performance.
- Attend partner events, store visits, and spend time on the sales floor to ensure training drives measurable results.
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years' experience in training or education roles within the beauty or luxury retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of the UK luxury skincare and cosmetics market.
- Proven experience working with or for Space NK, Harrods, or Selfridges is highly desirable.
- Passionate about skincare, with excellent product and ingredient knowledge.
- Confident facilitator with outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in creating engaging training materials, both in-person and digital.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the UK.
