Job Description



  • Training Delivery & Development

    • Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for in-store teams across Space NK, Harrods, and Selfridges.
    • Develop tailored training plans and calendars aligned with retail partner needs and seasonal focuses.
    • Deliver onboarding and refresher training covering brand history, product knowledge, facial protocols, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
    • Support new product launches with impactful, sales-driven education.


    Retail Partnership Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, area managers, and retail education teams.
    • Act as the key liaison between the brand and retail partners to address training needs, gather feedback, and monitor performance.
    • Attend partner events, store visits, and spend time on the sales floor to ensure training drives measurable results.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years' experience in training or education roles within the beauty or luxury retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK luxury skincare and cosmetics market.
  • Proven experience working with or for Space NK, Harrods, or Selfridges is highly desirable.
  • Passionate about skincare, with excellent product and ingredient knowledge.
  • Confident facilitator with outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in creating engaging training materials, both in-person and digital.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the UK.
