Products: Heating products, including heat pumps and hot water systems.

Customers: Contractors, End Users, and Internal stakeholders.

Location: North East, North West.

Package: £40k - £45k Basic, 22 days holiday (+ bank holidays), company van with private use, private healthcare after 2 years, tools, laptop, mobile phone, staff benefits system.

The Role of the Training Manager (North):

Leading training across multiple centres in the North, managing the rollout of new products, supporting regional sales events, and maintaining high training standards with regional partners. The role involves frequent travel, offering opportunities for collaboration and strategic influence.

The Ideal Person for the Training Manager (North):

  • NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or similar qualification, with Domestic ACS Core Units and G3 certification for Unvented Hot Water Systems.
  • Effective communicator with a passion for training and a well-organized approach.
  • Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel and stay overnight.
  • Experience with heat pumps or F-Gas qualifications is a bonus.
  • TAQA, A1 Assessor Award, or similar assessor qualification is advantageous.
  • Relevant teaching or training qualifications like City & Guilds 7300 or 6318 are desirable.
