A leading care home provider is seeking a Training Manager to support homes across Southern England. The role involves delivering high-quality training and fostering a culture of continuous professional development among staff. Ideal candidates should have experience in social care training, strong IT skills, and relevant qualifications in education and health care. A full driving license is required. The position offers a salary of up to £45,000 per annum plus benefits.
Bright Selection is currently working with a highly regarded provider of care home who are looking to appoint a Training Manager to support several homes across Southern England.
The successful candidate will work alongside peers based in other regions and will support home managers and their teams to develop and deliver training courses within the homes to ensure care delivered is of the highest quality.
