The Role

As a Training and Content Manager, you will be responsible for designing and engaging in-person and virtual training sessions as part of the global Information Cyber Security (ICS) training program, tailored to diverse employee groups across office and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and delivery of engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, and part of the information cyber security training program.
  • Create a series of personas to identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted training to improve cyber awareness and compliance with KPIs.
  • Support the production of phishing exercise metrics.
  • Support Annual creation and delivery of e-learning training material for office and manufacturing colleagues globally.
  • Design and develop the ICS SharePoint site for better user experience.
  • Support the annual Behavioral Awareness Programs (Cyber Week).
  • Create video training content and employee guidance materials.

Your Profile:

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Experience in ILM Professional Trainer Techniques.
  • Proficiency in Visio and Lucidchart.
  • Knowledgeable of Jira.
  • Previous experience with SharePoint Admin.
  • Graphic design skills, including experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder.
