Training Manager | Demolition & Civil Engineering | London | £40k – £50k

About the client:
My client is a leading subcontractor in the demolition and civil engineering industry, with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation. They specialise in complex demolition and civil engineering projects, ensuring safe and efficient operations while delivering high-quality results.

About the role:
They are seeking an experienced and motivated Training Manager to develop, implement, and oversee their training programs, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain high safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Track operatives training through company online portal.
  2. Book training courses and liaise with project teams on this.
  3. Assist in developing grant and levy claims.
  4. Assist with apprentice programme.
  5. Manage sentinel system.
  6. Assist tender and H & S team with training statistics and analysis.

About the requirements:

  1. Must have a good understanding of training requirements within the construction industry e.g. CSCS, CPCS, CCDO etc.
