As a Cluster Training Manager, you will be part of the Talent & Culture Department, reporting directly to the Group Director of Talent & Culture. Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating all training sessions across our London hotels
  • Meeting apprenticeship targets
  • Managing training budgets
  • Facilitating training sessions
  • Managing projects as required

Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate level of written and spoken English
  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays (shift pattern applicable)
