Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Training Manager to lead and deliver essential training at HMP Parc, a Category B prison serving over 1,600 meals daily. Location: Bridgend. Permanent, full-time role

Deliver Food Safety and Allergen training, induct staff and prisoners, and maintain training records. Must have Level 3 Food Safety, strong training experience, and excellent communication. UK residency for 5+ years required.

Qualifications

• Strong food knowledge and Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
• Experience in training and developing individuals.
• Excellent communication skills with patience and resilience.
• UK residency for 5+ years, legal right to work, and ability to pass security vetting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Food Safety and Allergen training to prisoners in catering.
• Induct and train staff and prisoners in kitchen operations.
• Maintain training records and complete monthly safety checks.
• Provide practical demonstrations and health & hygiene instruction.
• Identify learners for NVQs and manage enrolments.
• Support food preparation when needed.
• Meet KPIs and report monthly training stats.
