Regional Training Partner/ Learning and development / Training Consultant

£35,000 Basic + £5,000 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits Package

Home-Based with Frequent Travel Across the Midlands Including Vibrant Leicestershire, Scenic Staffordshire, and the beautiful Midlands.

As a Regional Trainer, youll be the face of development across a portfolio of care sites throughout the Midlands from the urban energy of Birmingham to the rolling countryside of Leicestershire, where innovation meets heart. Expect no two days (or drives) to be the same.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering face-to-face and online training in a multi-site environment
  • Coaching colleagues across care homes and supporting career development journeys
  • Partnering with stakeholders to implement innovative learning interventions
  • Elevating standards through thoughtful analysis, strong presentation, and a warm, engaging style

What Youll Need

  • Experience in L&D within health and social care
  • A full UK driving licence and enthusiasm for regular Midlands travel - you will need a car and a driving licence to transport your training paraphernalia to various sites.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
  • A relevant L&D or training qualification (PTTLS/CTTLS/DTTLS/CIPD/Cert Ed or the drive to gain one)
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms and a proactive, people-first approach
