Job Title: Training Facilitator
Location: Our central office in Islington, just a 10-minute walk from Highbury & Islington station. We work in a hybrid way, with a minimum of two days a week spent in the office or at one of our services, along with regular travel to various sites across both inner and outer London. Kindly be aware that step-free access is not available at our central office, and some of our other services.
Salary: £30,900
Shift Pattern: 12-month fixed-term contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. You may be required to work outside these hours and days as required.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Facilitator to join our Talent Development team, part of the wider People and Culture team here at SIG! In this role, you’ll oversee and deliver our specialised training programmes for staff, residents, participants, and external parties. You'll be involved in the full training journey, including researching training needs, designing and developing content, and delivering sessions both in person and online. No two days are the same.
