Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Training Support Lead to head the synthetic training equipment maintenance team and ensure outstanding service while meeting contractual KPIs.

You will act as primary customer contact, coordinate with training centres, suppliers and internal teams to deliver proactive maintenance, resolve issues, and optimise equipment availability across bases. Strong leadership and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Educated to HND level or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point of contact within Customer Training for the support of training equipment at allocated training centres/bases.
• Lead and support the dedicated maintenance team (sub-contract) to ensure delivery of contract requirements.
• Manage and resolve capacity and capability issues to facilitate successful completion of workload.
• Build and maintain relationships between Customers, Suppliers, Programme IPTs and other business functional areas.
