Training & Development Coordinator

GIPSIL Ltd

Job Title: Training and Development Coordinator – up to 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Team: HR

Responsible to: HR Manager

Hours: 37

Salary: Scale 5, Point 12 £25,796

Benefits: Flexitime and Hybrid working, Cycle to Work, Employee Assistance Programme, TechScheme

Leave: 29 days plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 33 after 5 years

Purpose of the job

Working in a small but busy HR team, you will oversee the training and development needs of the organisation. This includes mandatory training during probation, developing individual training plans, and supporting GIPSIL's succession planning.

You will monitor training requests, allocate resources, and report on training delivery and compliance. You will proactively suggest improvements based on stakeholder feedback.
