Calex UK seeks an experienced Training Delivery Manager to lead the Mercedes-Benz Apprenticeship Programme in Milton Keynes. You will line-manage the Academy Training Team, align trainer capacity with programme needs, and ensure high-quality apprentice delivery, safeguarding and compliance.
You will work with Leadership, Quality and Curriculum teams to enhance and future-proof the programme, delivering an inclusive and safe apprentice experience while meeting regulatory standards.
Competenze
- Proven experience in training delivery or operational leadership in education/industry.
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to grow apprenticeship programmes.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in safeguarding, inclusion and welfare in an apprenticeship setting.
Mansioni
- Provide line management and leadership to the Academy Training Team.
- Coordinate training schedules and ensure resources meet requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery, facilities and communications.
- Coordinate CPD and induction support for the training team.
- Oversee apprentice assessments, attendance and records, and support End Point Assessments.
- Monitor progress, address issues in a timely manner, and report findings.
- Present monthly operational information on progress and risks.
- Handle apprentice welfare, safeguarding and inclusion procedures.
- Ensure compliance with funding rules, EPAO requirements and Ofsted prep.
