Top 10 Accountancy firm seeks a Training Coordinator to join the team dedicated to the successful operations of training and development within the firm. This role offers the opportunity to influence individual experiences and ensure the smooth delivery of training programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Core Duties include:

Leading the administration of internal early careers training courses, including adding courses to the learning management system, booking venues or setting up virtual sessions, monitoring attendance, and following up with participants.
Liaising with stakeholders for updates and being the primary contact for queries.
Collaborating with the Systems and Data Lead to create or update reports, requiring good IT and reporting skills.
Maintaining student training records and trackers.
Managing the training queries via the central mailbox.
Assisting with onboarding and inductions.
Supporting the delivery of the DofE Gold Award program with the Talent Development Training Lead.
Participating in ad hoc projects and operational activities as needed.

Ideal candidates will have:

Experience in administration or coordination roles.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivation, time management, and ownership of processes.
Experience with a learning management system (desirable).
