We'dlike you to join us as aTraining Co-ordinator at our Caterham Head office. This role is based on part time hours maternity cover.

What you'll be working:

Below are our standard working hours but if you are looking for different working hours please feel free to talk to us and we will be as flexiblewe can around the needs of the service.

  • Working Monday to Friday
  • Part time maternity cover
  • Location: Caterham Head office
  • Reporting to L&D Compliance manager

What you'll be doing:

  • Regularly meet with services to support them with any training requirements and concerns they may have regarding training.
  • Book training sessions requested by services via external training providers or internally via our training team.
  • Create training events on the LMS, add attendees and take attendance once a training event has taken place.
  • Regularly check each service’s compliance and work with the Service Managers to ensure they are sending training requests for the training that is required.
  • Manage ‘Across the Business’ training. This involves booking a range of training courses via our external providers frequently and ensuring that all services that require the training are booked. Create training events on the LMS, add attendees and take attendance once a training event has taken place for ‘across the business’ training.
  • Manage mandatory ACG Company Induction training. Work with Executive PA to source suitable dates to hold the training, create the training events on the LMS and reach out to all new starters monthly, to book onto an induction session. Update LMS accordingly with attendees.
  • Work with Learning & Development Systems Manager and Learning Management Systems Assistant to amend any issues associated with the system.
