About the Role

As the HR & Training Coordinator, you'll take the lead in organising and delivering high-quality training initiatives across the organisation. This includes coordinating in-person sessions and managing digital learning platforms.

You will work closely with managers to identify learning needs, collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging content, and ensure the training systems are up-to-date and functioning smoothly. This is a great opportunity to champion continuous development and be part of a people-first culture.

Training & Development
  • Coordinate internal training events and manage logistics end-to-end
  • Maintain and develop digital learning systems, ensuring they are engaging and user-friendly
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create or adapt relevant training materials
  • Track training completion, gather feedback, and continuously improve delivery
HR Support
  • Provide professional support to managers and employees on HR queries
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR process compliance
  • Assist with onboarding, policy updates, and general people support
What We're Looking For
  • A strong interest in learning and development, with experience coordinating training or learning systems
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Confident using digital systems and tools to support training delivery
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
  • Previous HR experience is helpful but not essential if you have a strong training focus
