Description

AES (Aircraft Engineering Services) is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator based in Stansted.

Ryanair is Europe's leading low-cost airline, operating over 1,600 daily flights (more than 500,000 annually) from 68 bases across 186 destinations in 30 countries, with a fleet of 300 Boeing 737-800 aircraft. With the recent addition of 180 new aircraft, Ryanair is expanding its engineering facilities throughout Europe.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the planning and delivery of Line Maintenance trainee programmes to meet annual targets.
  2. Track all Line Maintenance trainee programmes.
  3. Manage the onboarding process for all trainees.
  4. Gather feedback to continuously improve trainee programmes.
  5. Ensure timely completion and distribution of programme reports to Line Maintenance Management.
  6. Monitor trainee programme performance.
  7. Administer and track trainee licenses, providing updates and FAQs as needed.
  8. Coordinate with Line Maintenance on license updates and feedback monthly.

Requirements

  1. Experience with UK apprenticeships (preferred).
  2. Ability to plan and meet deadlines.
  3. Proficiency in Office 365; willingness to learn new software tools.
  4. Effective communication skills across various mediums.
  5. Open-mindedness, eagerness to learn, and innovative thinking.
  6. Strong work ethic and responsibility.
