Up to £25,000pa d.o.e (pro rota), LE16 7LT, 27 days holiday + Bank Holiday + Birthday Holiday, Pension with excellent employer contributing, 20hrs per week 9am-1pm M-F, Training, Permanent



Due to continued success and department expansion plans, a head office location of a multi-site organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join them. You will be providing on site training support to branch staff across sites based in North Northamptonshire and South Leicestershire:



  • Delivering, educating and training branch staff on company products, policies and procedures and supporting their learning and development to ensure customer satisfaction and encouraging communication

  • Ensuring all staff's training modules are completed and up to date, updating company modules and training procedures when required

  • Welcoming and then conducting day one inductions with branch new starters

  • Identifying development opportunities for branch staff, including potential for transfer to Head Office, devising training plans for these opportunities to come to fruition

  • Provide and document feedback to Line Manager on individuals training plans, positive progression and any areas of concern

  • All administration related to the role



We would expect the successful Training Coordinator to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to adapt their training technique to suit individuals, and have friendly, confident manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within a trainer, learning and development or a instructor position, ideally within retail, customer service or finance.



You will be joining the Market Harborough Head Office of a company that has been established for over 100 years, and have an enviable reputation in their field. Working directly with branch staff, this role offers variety on a daily basis. The organisation name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality services and products, and they are keen to recruit a Training Coordinator who strives to offer the same.




  • Site based through-out North Northamptonshire & South Leicestershire, or Head Office in Market Harborough, or on occasional administration days working from home

  • Monday to Friday 9am till 1pm (would consider Monday to Thursday 9am till 2pm) = 20hrs per week

  • 27 days holiday + Bank Holiday + extra holiday for birthday (pro rota if working Monday to Thursday)

  • Up to £25,000pa pro rota

  • Excellent pension scheme

  • Permanent
