Job description

Do you enjoy creative thinking?

Do you have first-rate Excel skills?

If you've answered yes, we have a great role for you.

We are recruiting for a Training Co-ordinator, to join us on a permanent basis at our Upminster site.

You'll be joining a great team who support each other and help you to be the best version of you. You'll play a key part in keeping us compliant as well as helping our colleagues to maintain and win new business. You'll be supporting colleagues in the field by providing the training and skills to help them to do their job well. You'll love working with Excel as this is critical to the role and you'll be able to use, create and formulate spreadsheets to help with tracking course scheduling and attendance. You'll be interrogating the data provided, questioning, and using your creative mind to find resolutions.

You won't just be working on scheduling colleagues for training. There are many other aspects to this varied role, such as managing reports, getting involved in project work and supporting with the mobilisation of new business. But it can be challenging and frustrating when having arranged training for field colleagues, you then have to re-arrange, and then re-arrange again, as they are busy delivering services to our customers. So, you'll need to be resilient, proactive, and comfortable with keeping track of the ever-changing schedules. But it'll be really rewarding to see the progress you've made and the compliance figures start moving up.

If you believe you have exceptional attention to detail, can think proactively, have excellent Excel skills, and love a challenge (and being challenged), then apply for this position today!

When you join us, you will receive:
  • Salary: £26,995 per annum
  • Up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets.
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
  • Generous contributory pension scheme of matched contributions between 5% and 6% max.
  • Life Assurance (as part of the Company Pension Scheme)
  • Up to 10% off B&Q/ Trade Point
