Description

AES (Aircraft Engineering Services) is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator based in Stansted.

Ryanair is Europe’s leading low-cost airline, operating over 1,600 daily flights (more than 500,000 annually) from 68 bases across 1,600 routes, connecting 186 destinations in 30 countries with a fleet of 300 Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

With the recent addition of 180 new aircraft, Ryanair is expanding its engineering facilities throughout its extensive European network.

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of Line Maintenance trainee programmes to support annual targets.
  • Track all Line Maintenance trainee programmes.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for all trainees.
  • Gather feedback to monitor and improve trainee programmes.
  • Ensure timely completion of final programme reports for all trainees, and distribute them to Line Maintenance Management.
  • Monitor and track trainee performance.
  • Administer and update trainee licences, providing FAQs and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with Line Maintenance on licence updates and feedback on a monthly basis.
Requirements

  • Experience with UK apprenticeships (preferred).
  • Ability to plan and meet deadlines set by management.
  • Proficient in Office 365; eager to learn new software tools.
  • Effective communicator, capable of interacting via verbal, face-to-face, and virtual channels.
  • Open-minded, eager to learn, and proactive in bringing new ideas.
  • Strong work ethic, responsible, and timely in task completion.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate solutions to management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UK/EU passport with settled status and willingness to travel.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK.
