We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Training Consultant to join our team, focused on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of the AGH Individual Sales and Retention teams. This pivotal role is essential in driving revenue growth, improving customer retention, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organization. As a Training Consultant, you’ll design and implement targeted training programs that align with AGH's strategic goals, directly supporting the effectiveness of our sales and retention teams. We’re looking for a candidate who can adapt to a dynamic work environment. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the role involves traveling to overseas offices for training programs beyond the primary base in Tunbridge Wells. Short-notice travel, whether by transport or personal vehicle, will be a regular part of the job.

We will be holding interviews on 22nd, 24th, 29th & 31st July. We require candidates to be flexible and make every effort to attend an interview on one of these dates.
