Software Trainer – Fintech

Remote-first (occasional visits to the office in Warwickshire and client sites)

Are you passionate about tech, training, and helping people get the most out of great software?

We’re hiring a Software Trainer for a fast-growing fintech that’s empowering Financial Planning & Investment Management firms with a modern client portal — boosting efficiency, compliance, and client engagement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver online and in-person training that makes an impact
• Build engaging training materials (guides, videos, live sessions)
• Tailor training to different users and use cases
• Onboard new clients and train internal teams
• Keep training content aligned with product updates
• Collect feedback and continuously improve delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communicator who builds rapport easily
• Adaptable, proactive, and tech-savvy

Bonus: experience in financial or professional services

Location & Working Setup:

Remote-first, with flexibility. Ideally, you'll visit the office every couple of weeks, plus occasional client travel as needed.
