Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering training on MRI’s FM products, both pre-defined and ad-hoc.
• Maintaining client contact throughout the training lifecycle.
• Evaluating and improving training materials.
• Staying current with industry news and product updates.
• Providing support and guidance to customers.
• Escalating issues as needed.
• Managing workload in line with project timelines.
• Sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
• Achieving team and personal objectives.
• Following MRI’s working practices and suggesting improvements.
