• Full time role with option to do 1 day a week from home
• You will be based in the Godalming, Surrey office and Oxted office one day a week

We're looking for an experienced Training & Coaching Manager to join a team in a role that blends compliance oversight with hands-on coaching and development. About the Role

This is not just a box-ticking compliance role. You'll be actively involved in coaching colleagues, delivering face-to-face training, and helping embed best practices across the team. You'll need to be confident delivering both technical training and soft skills development, and comfortable working closely with people at all levels.
