Are you passionate about food quality, safety, and helping others succeed? We're looking for a Franchisee Coach who is ready to make a significant impact across our franchised kiosks. In this hands-on role, you'll be the expert on all things fresh food, especially sushi. You'll work closely with our Franchisees, providing proactive guidance and on-the-ground support to ensure each counter delivers top-tier products. Your responsibilities include coaching on sushi skills, enhancing food safety practices, and troubleshooting quality concerns to build confidence and capability within our network.

Partnering with our Operations Team, you'll be deployed where you're needed most, helping Franchisees improve their skills and standards. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting regular kiosk assessments to identify improvement areas in food quality and safety.
  2. Delivering on-site coaching and training on sushi-making, knife skills, and operational excellence.
  3. Supporting new Franchisees with tailored induction and orientation programs.
  4. Monitoring training outcomes and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
  5. Providing feedback to the Head of Openings and Franchisee Support for network development.
  6. Gathering insights from the field to evolve training materials reflecting real-world needs.
  7. Collaborating with fellow Coaches and the Operations Team for continuous improvement.
  8. Staying updated on trends and innovations in sushi and Asian-inspired foods.
  9. Maintaining detailed records of activities, outcomes, and progress.

This role is about being proactive, people-focused, and passionate about food. You'll be a key driver of our quality culture, helping Franchisees exceed expectations.

We offer:

  • A hybrid work environment, working on-site Monday-Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
  • Opportunities for career growth, including an apprentice program.
  • Supportive services designed to foster success.

The Wonderfield Group, recently acquired by Zensho Holdings, Japan's leading food service company, aims to become the world's largest food company, striving to eradicate hunger and poverty globally. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks, with recent ventures like Snowfruit, a successful cut fruit business. Our combined operations generate $2.5 billion in sales and over $140 million in EBITDA annually, with ambitious growth plans.
