Job description

Are you passionate about food quality, safety, and helping others succeed? We're looking for a Franchisee Coach who's ready to make a significant impact across our franchised kiosks. In this hands-on role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things fresh food, especially sushi! You will work closely with our Franchisees, providing proactive guidance and on-the-ground support to ensure every counter delivers top-tier products. Your responsibilities include coaching on sushi skills, enhancing food safety practices, troubleshooting quality concerns, and building confidence and capability across our network.

Partnering with our Operations Team, you'll be deployed where you're needed most, helping Franchisees improve their skills and standards. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting kiosk assessments to identify improvements in food quality and safety.
  2. Providing on-site coaching and training on sushi-making, knife skills, and operational excellence.
  3. Supporting new Franchisees with induction and orientation for long-term success.
  4. Monitoring training outcomes and evaluating performance improvements.
  5. Providing feedback to guide network development.
  6. Enhancing training materials based on field insights.
  7. Collaborating with team members to share learnings and drive improvements.
  8. Staying updated on trends in sushi and Asian-inspired foods.
  9. Maintaining detailed records of coaching activities and outcomes.

This role is about being proactive, people-focused, and passionate about food. You'll be a key driver in fostering our quality culture, helping Franchisees exceed expectations.

We offer:

  • A hybrid working environment, working onsite Monday-Thursday and from home on Fridays.
  • Opportunities for career growth, including an apprentice program.
  • Supportive services designed to foster your development.
