Job description

Nationwide Platforms is one of the world’s largest providers of working at height training and offers training courses to customers such as IPAF, PASMA, IOSH, and other Health & Safety courses.

Position: Training Co-Ordinator (12-month maternity cover, fixed term)

As a Training Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the training diary and supporting all operational functions to ensure seamless delivery of training throughout the UK. This role is ideal for someone with proven administration skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

We offer a starting salary from £26,000 p/a, 25 days holiday, Westfield health insurance, life assurance at 2x salary, plus bank holidays.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Assist in scheduling and coordinating courses; ensure courseware is generated and available.
  2. Support the Training Customer Service Manager with service provision and administrative tasks.
  3. Maintain effective systems for departmental administration processes.
  4. Process customer requests and applications accurately.
  5. Plan and coordinate trainer diaries.
  6. Raise purchase orders proactively for course support products, managing departmental costs and revenue margins.
  7. Manage course logistics including venue, catering, and equipment.
  8. Handle course paperwork, registrations, and certification distribution in line with audit processes and SLAs.
  9. Record customer data, manage CITB training directory, and upload delegate achievements for levy funding.
  10. Assist with internal and external audits.
  11. Manage open course calendar, ensuring timetable is up-to-date and within budget.
  12. Manage supplier relationships and SLAs.
  13. Promote the Nationwide Platforms brand, values, and mission.
  14. Uphold health, safety, and corporate governance standards.
  15. Act as an ambassador for health and safety, ensuring the well-being of customers.
About you:
  1. Previous administrative experience, preferably in diary or event coordination.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Excellent attention to detail.
  4. Ownership of problem-solving.
