About The Role:
We are looking for a Training Centre Coordinator to join us in our mission to create the world's best veterinary network, with career development at the core of this, enabling all who join us to have a #careerwithoutlimits. With the construction of two state of the art training centres, there is an exciting opportunity to join us to coordinate and manage one of our two training centre sites on site.
You'll have the opportunity to play a significant role in the transformation of learning and development at IVC Evidensia, supporting the running of a centre and all clinical and non-clinical programmes associated with the centre.
What you'll do
Ensuring the centres are fully equipped for clinical and non-clinical programmes.
Supporting the preparation and delivery of all programmes.
Contribute and support major UK events such as Leaders Forum and Graduate Academy as required
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external sponsors to ensure engagement and support delivery of the programme.
Actively participate in all team meetings, show awareness of and input into each team members challenges.
Ensuring all GDPR, H&S and Animal Welfare policies are adhered to at all times.
Ideally, you will be/have:
Registered to practice as a veterinary nurse in the UK desirable but not essential
Willing to become an RPS
Relevant Experience
Experience within a veterinary education setting, particularly the running of practical training programmes desirable
Understanding of relevant H&S legislation
