Network Rail is looking for a Training Centre Co-ordinator to join the team in Doncaster! You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective coordination and execution of our training programmes. Your responsibilities include:
About the role (External)
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office are essential, and experience with training management systems is desirable. Experience working in a training environment, along with excellent customer service skills and a quality-driven approach, is important.
Additional desirable qualities include knowledge of the railway industry, training catalogues, training supply chains, and training standards, along with familiarity with Cygnum.
