The role
The Training Capability Lead is responsible to the CTO for the identification of new or innovative technology or learning methodologies that will enable learning and support contract growth or provide efficiencies. They are also in place to work with the programme teams, Partners and customers to identify growth opportunities and develop compelling technical solutions that provide value for money and customer delight.
