We are actively seeking a Training & Operations Support to assist our Recruitment & Training Manager, and our Operations Manager to help keep our daily cleaning operations running smoothly and effectively.

This hands-on role that involves training new team members to the ‘Blissful’ cleaning standards, providing cleaning cover and ensuring the delivery of consistent, quality cleaning for existing and new clients, and being a support system for both Managers within the business.

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to educate and mentor team members on best, high quality cleaning practices. Familiarity within a training and cleaning setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist our Recruitment & Training Manager with new starters in the starting Onboarding process, within the practical cleaning training.
• Offer training support to new starters by teaching the "Blissful" way to clean and presenting the best customer experience.
• Assist our Operations Manager with being the Go To team member to be the face of the business offering cover cleaning for our clients in the event of team sickness or holiday.
• Assist our Operations Manager with being the first starting initial cleaner for newly appointed clients seeking our cleaning services, setting the best first impressions to then handover to another team member.
• Carry out Deep Cleans & One Off Cleans, taking the lead on these cleans in the event a Manager is not present.
• Support the business in other related jobs such as cleaning equipment, kit and management of cleaning supplies and uniform.
• Mentor colleagues by providing guidance on operational procedures and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with both the Operations and Recruitment & Training Managers with relevant situations with new team members and new clients.
• Be the face of the Blissful Cleaning Services Ltd brand, by representation of its values and core beliefs in everything you do.

Experience

• Proven experience in a training or senior cleaning role
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrating a commitment to team development.
• Proficiency in cleaning techniques and customer service
