They are seeking a Training & Education Manager / Customer Success Manager to develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs for their products and services.

The successful candidate will ensure internal staff and B2B & B2B2C customers are proficient in using their technology.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for health, fitness, wellbeing, and technology, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The role involves:

  1. Developing and implementing training programs for their tech products, including user guides, webinars, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  2. Conducting training sessions for diverse audiences, including fitness professionals and end-users.
  3. Collaborating with product development and customer support teams to keep training materials current.
  4. Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making improvements as needed.
  5. Providing ongoing support and education to partners and customers.
  6. Creating and maintaining accessible training documentation and resources.
  7. Staying updated with industry trends to enhance training offerings.
