Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training and Development Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (32 hours/week), working Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) with occasional weekend/evening work.

The salary is between £23,920 and £25,250 per annum, dependent on experience. The start date is as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will assist the Head of HR with planning and delivering learning and development across the Estate. Previous experience is desirable, but not essential. The role requires excellent organisational skills, a passion for employee growth, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
