Are you an L&D specialist, a line trainer, or maybe you're a shop floor line manager with a knack for coaching and developing your team and are ready to step into a dedicated Learning & Development role?

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Conducting training needs analysis to upskill teams
2. Developing & delivering engaging training programs
3. Managing training records & compliance through an LMS
4. Coaching, supporting, and building a learning culture

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in a manufacturing setting would be ideal (open to transferrable skills)
2. A passion for coaching, training & people development
3. Strong organisational & communication skills
4. Previous exposure to L&D, compliance, or training initiatives
5. CIPD or training certifications? Great! But if you've been hands-on with training in a leadership role, we want to hear from you!
