Main responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Development & Implementation - Design and execute training programs aligned with the DX-2 strategy and regional needs.
  2. Employee Development - Ensure proper onboarding, skill development, and ongoing retraining for employees.
  3. Performance Evaluation - Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, including audit schedules.
  4. Coaching & Leadership Development - Support managers and leaders with training and coaching initiatives.
  5. Standardisation & Compliance - Ensure training adheres to company branding, values, policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  6. Collaboration with Stakeholders - Work with AskPersonnel, operations, SHE team, and senior leadership to align training with business objectives.
  7. Resource Management - Oversee training materials and resources for effective delivery.
  8. Regional Travel & Site Visits - Provide hands-on training and assess ongoing needs at regional locations.
  9. Adapting to Local Needs - Customize training based on regional differences such as market trends and regulatory requirements.
  10. Technology & Innovation in Training - Utilize e-learning platforms, virtual training, and new technologies to enhance delivery and validation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of DX systems is an advantage
  • Strong character capable of challenging staff from warehouse operatives to directors
  • Ability to work independently or in a team with self-starter behaviors
  • Attention to detail and planning skills
