We're now looking for a Training and compliance coordinator to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Follow defined training processes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and local Airport regulations
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the Training is being delivered in accordance to regulatory compliance and ensure all training can be evidenced.
  • Implement and execute training plans , managing trainer activity to ensure compliance and to maintain skill levels.
  • Oversee the recruitment plan and airside pass process at site by collaborating with the agency providers.
  • Act as key point of contact for the training team to address any training gaps or operational concerns
  • Oversee recruitment requirements , attend stakeholder meetings and report on data and progress

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:

  • Be able to provide five years' address history
  • Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
  • Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
