The role involves supervising advisers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering professional excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support advisers in line with T&C schemes and FCA requirements.
• Conduct observations, coaching, and assessments.
• Monitor KPIs and risk indicators to identify training needs.
• Lead induction and ongoing training for advisers.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Learning & Development teams.
• Provide MI reports and support audits and reviews.
• Promote ethical advice and continuous learning.
