Job description

I am working with a respected network that has recently experienced success with new member firms joining and team growth. Due to this expansion, they need to hire an additional T&C Manager to supervise the Advisers of the network, ranging from newly qualified to highly experienced Planners.

The role offers a negotiable base salary of GBP50,000 and is home-based.

The firm has a friendly atmosphere, modern offices, a strong team ethos, and ambitions for continued growth and development. Many member firms are highly respected in the industry, reflecting the network's quality.

Responsibilities include conducting 1:1 meetings with Advisers, addressing and tracking progress on identified risks, performing induction, education, investigations, and remedial actions as needed. Effective communication with member firms, Advisers, and internally is essential. The role also involves conducting audits.

Suitable candidates will hold the Diploma in Financial Planning, ideally CF6, and it is desirable if they are working towards or already possess specialist qualifications such as pensions or supervision qualifications.
