Job description

Job Title: Training and Adoption Consultant

Location: Hybrid. Some on-site training may be required. London/Reading

Contract Duration: 3/4 months

This role is to join a growing change function for a leading Construction and Property consultancy.

Your new role will see you working with the services team. You'll hit the ground running in a busy environment, developing training materials, organising training sessions, building video content, and supporting user adoption and change management initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Building, developing and delivering video content for several platforms, such as a new recruitment system and a global data platform.
  2. Support the rollout and adoption of ongoing change programs, including global initiatives.
  3. Help deliver video content and training for their induction platform for new starters.
  4. After initial content creation, you'll be involved in training and communication of IT and business systems to the business.
Required Experience:
  1. Ability to take existing plans and turn them into engaging training content, including video content.
  2. Strong experience working with IT and business systems, such as Recruitment platforms, HR platforms etc.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver training both in person and online.
Desirable:

Previous experience within the construction industry would be desirable but not required.
