A legal firm in London is seeking a Training Manager to drive digital transformation and enhance team capabilities. You will design impactful training experiences, lead IT inductions, and utilize data to identify improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT training background and a user-centric mindset, with experience in a professional services environment.
We are working with a Legal firm based in central London to find a Training Manager to help drive digital transformation and adoption across the firm. This newly created role is key to embedding a culture of continuous learning and innovation by championing the adoption of new technologies and enhancing digital capabilities.
This is not a traditional training role. While onboarding and core IT training remain important, you will create and deliver engaging, modern learning experiences that help people at all levels use digital tools more effectively.
