An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen within the Training and Vocational Initiatives in Personality Disorder Team (TVI-PD). We are looking for a hardworking and compassionate Training and Administration Manager to provide effective administrative and business support to the team.

The TVI-PD Team is a provider of training in personality disorder located in Oxford Health. It works closely with the Oxfordshire Complex Needs Service (clinical service for personality disorder). The Oxfordshire CNS Service Lead oversees both parts of the service.

The TVI-PD team delivers training and consultancy services to statutory and third sector organisations across the South of England. They collaborate with various organisations, including ex-service user groups, to develop effective services for people with personality disorders and complex psychological and emotional needs.

This is a unique and interesting opportunity to join an exceptional specialist service with supportive, dedicated, and highly skilled multi-professional teams.

The successful applicant will join an established, friendly, and supportive staff team passionate about delivering quality care and improving outcomes for adults with personality disorder.

You Will
  • Be responsible for providing effective administrative support to the TVI-PD team.
  • Offer an efficient secretarial and administrative service, ensuring the team is well-organized and operations run smoothly.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and modernization of administrative processes within the service.
  • Promote the service through participation in professional networks and committees locally and nationally.
  • Manage sessional Support Time and Recovery (STR) workers with Honorary contracts and STARS (ex-service users) involved in the TVI-PD training program.
