About the role

Lifelong Learning and Skills is seeking to appoint a dynamic and highly motivated individual to:

• Deliver high quality tuition and assessment in a specialism and related subjects across the appropriate Curriculum Range.
• Comply with all Ceredigion County Council and HCT Policies and Procedures.
• Undertake all duties in line with the Health & Safety Policy and undertake risk assessments as appropriate.
• Comply with individual and corporate responsibilities under the Data Protection Act and for Child Safeguarding and Vulnerable Adults.
• Take responsibility for course/personal tutorship and assist with the welfare, guidance, counselling, and induction of learners, as required.
• Oversee and take responsibility for practical projects both internal and external to HCT and visits to alternative venues.

We provide early help, prevention and intervention services to a range of groups and individuals across the County. Our aim is to identify need and offer support before issues and concerns become too great and more formal intervention is needed.
