As Senior Discipline Lead for our new Bachelor of Applied Business Management, you’ll drive the implementation of an applied degree designed to blend academic excellence with work-integrated learning.

This is your opportunity to:

• Share your expertise to shape innovative, industry-relevant curriculum that prepares graduates for tomorrow’s workplace challenges.
• Shape a future-focused curriculum that integrates theory with real-world experience
• Support learners to develop interpersonal/mindset skillslike leadership, communication, and adaptability

• Collaborate with industry partners to deliver authentic, meaningful learning
• Contribute to and lead discipline-relevant research that advances applied knowledge

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring a balance of academic insight, industry credibility, and learner-centred thinking. We’re seeking someone who:

• Holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field (PhD preferred)
• Has experience leading higher education or industry teams
• Has developed or delivered vocational, applied, or work-integrated learning
• Is active in discipline-relevant research and committed to growing research capability
• Understands how to bring learning to life through hybrid, blended, and innovative delivery
• Is collaborative, courageous, and confident facilitating learner-led, experiential education
