£12.55 + £1.51 holiday pay

My client, a reputable professional body, is seeking a highly organised Training Administrator to manage interactions with their Approved and Registered Centres, ensuring exceptional customer service standards throughout the approval and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle enquiries and approvals, including registration and certification.
  • Liaise with Centres and External Verifiers, providing advice and maintaining records.
  • Manage correspondence, invoicing, and process payments related to approvals.
  • Process learner registrations and monitor results.
  • Generate and dispatch certificates and invoices.
  • Conduct general administration including email, calls, and filing.
  • Collaborate with Relationship and Development Managers to support account management.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Google applications.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with customer interactions.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
